Order & Contact Details: Name, phone number, and email address provided during checkout. These are strictly used for order pickup verification, receipt delivery, and status communication.
Drink Preferences: Your preferred milk types, drink size, and favorites ('My Usual') saved locally on your device to streamline repeat ordering.

3. Payment Processing & Stripe

All payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are processed directly by Stripe, Inc., a certified Level 1 PCI-DSS service provider. Pingo Dolce never receives, processes, or stores your full credit card numbers. We only receive secure confirmation tokens and payment status.

4. Location Services

If you grant location permissions in our mobile application, your location data is used exclusively to: (a) estimate your arrival time so baristas time your brew freshly; (b) offer 1-click morning commute order shortcuts. Your location is never continuously tracked, never stored long-term on our servers, and never shared or sold to advertising networks.

5. Push Notifications

We utilize Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) solely to deliver operational order progress alerts ('Received', 'Brewing', 'Ready for Pickup'). You can disable notifications at any time via your device's operating system settings.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

In compliance with GDPR and App Store Guidelines, you have the full right to access, rectify, or permanently delete your contact information and order history.
